Tasting Experience
As a Pour over, juicy apple and chocolate can be enjoyed while drinking cold or warm coffee.

As an Espresso, syrupy with medium apple acidity. One is able to down as many shots as possible without feeling the effects of Caffeine. Drink with milk to enhance the Chocolate notes. 

Farm Information
In order for coffee to qualify as decaffeinated, it must have at least 97% of its caffeine removed.

Part of the Popayan Reserve Program, 75 dedicated microlot farmers grow their crops on nutrient-rich volanic ash and are incentivised to hand-pick only the most pristine, perfectly ripe cherries. 

With agricultural consultants visiting this farm 3 times a year and advising farmers on how to improve their the crop, this crop's coffee achieved up to 86 points. This 85+ point achievement also allows them to gain credit to purchase farming equipment and receive premium payouts up to 20% above standard market prices.
