How do I order?
You can make your purchase through our One-time off purchases, Subscription and Surprise Plan buttons under our Coffee tab. If you wish to make bulk orders of 10 Kilogram parcels and above, please direct us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I order my coffee in other grind sizes not stated under our grind options? (E.g. Espresso grind)
Yes! First, you must select "Other grind size" as the grind option of your chosen coffee. Add to cart your product and write your desired grind size under the notes section at Cart page! If you do not write your desired grind size, the default grind size is medium.
If you just write your desired grind size in the notes section without choosing "Other grind size" in your order, your roasted coffee will arrive as the option selected as registered in our system.
Why is my discount code not working?
Promotional codes cannot be used with subscription packages. If you are unable to use the promo code, you have added a subscription coffee to your cart.
All photo-review discounts can be used for any single purchase coffee only, and not for coffee packages or equipment. If the code is used for coffee packages and equipment, we will notify you about the top-up via qr code.
Oops! I was so excited to place my order and forgot to use my code
Regrettably, orders that have already been placed cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has been finalized. Instead, please use your code on your next purchase!
I accidentally made xx order due to xx error.
All notifications made before out cut-off timing will be refunded through store credit. We are very sorry that after our cut-off timing, all orders are final.

Please ensure that when selecting unroasted green beans that it is for your own personal roasting use, as we will not be able to receive the beans back to roast them once we have sent them out for food and safety reasons.
There is something not right with my order
We apologise for the oversight and please send us an email at email@example.com for us to make it right. Please do not discard the defective/incorrect non-food items as there are to be returned to us for the exchange.
For small equipment purchases where defects are substantiated with video evidence within 7 days of receipt, we will arrange to exchange and replace the item.
If you are returning an item for store credit, and that was originally sent out under free delivery and/or part of a package purchase, we will deduct shipping and collection fees, packaging fees, non-refundable processing fees, and any other items within that package at full retail value.
