How often do you Roast and Ship?
As of April 2021, we currently Roast and Ship Monday-Friday. The upcoming and previous Roast date is shown on our Roasted coffee page. We ship out on Monday-Friday.
This means you will definitely receive a fresh bag of coffee with the roast date on it. We do not keep coffee on the shelves and in storage before shipping it out. We believe the experience from smelling the fresh aroma of coffee from the one-way valve on your parcel and opening a fresh bag of coffee roasted several days ago is special, one of a kind and it should be done this way for a consistent eye-opening and nose-climax experience every order.
Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Bank transfer, PAYNOW, Mobile payment, Grabpay (June 2021) and cash via self-collection at our Roastery.
QR Code for PAYNOW payment methods will be sent in your Order confirmation email after checkout.
Do your charge Goods and Services Tax or additional hidden charges at Checkout?
No we do not. The prices on our website are listed in Singapore Dollars and is NETT pricing. Final Pricing with no additional charges.
Can discount codes be used on Subscription products
If you wish to claim any discount/promo codes, please use them on one-time purchase products. (Unless otherwise mentioned)
Where do I key in my discount/promo code?
You can key in your Discount/Promo code at Checkout page (Not Cart Page)! It will be on the last page after you have keyed in your shipping details.
Are there hidden charges and additional subscription charges?
No! There are no additional subscription and hidden charges. Every purchase from Cowpresso is granted to Free Singapore Shipping. Be it equipment or coffee, we choose not to hide additional costs from our beloved Cowpresso family members.
Can I choose my grind size?
Yes. If your grind size is not available, choose "other grind size" and write your brewing method in the notes section of your cart. If no grind size or brewing method is advised with this selection, we will grind a medium grind.

How do I order?
You can make your purchase through our One-time off purchases, Subscription and Surprise Plan buttons under our Coffee tab. If you wish to make bulk orders of 10 Kilogram parcels and above, please direct us via email at hello@cowpressocoffee.sg.
Can I order my coffee in other grind sizes not stated under our grind options? (E.g. Espresso grind)
Yes! First, you must select "Other grind size" as the grind option of your chosen coffee. Add to cart your product and write your desired grind size under the notes section at Cart page! If you do not write your desired grind size, the default grind size is medium.
If you just write your desired grind size in the notes section without choosing "Other grind size" in your order, your roasted coffee will arrive as the option selected as registered in our system.
Why is my discount code not working?
Promotional codes cannot be used with subscription packages. If you are unable to use the promo code, you have added a subscription coffee to your cart.
All photo-review discounts can be used for any single purchase coffee only, and not for coffee packages or equipment. If the code is used for coffee packages and equipment, we will notify you about the top-up via qr code.
Oops! I was so excited to place my order and forgot to use my code
Regrettably, orders that have already been placed cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has been finalized. Instead, please use your code on your next purchase!
I accidentally made xx order due to xx error.
All notifications made before out cut-off timing will be refunded through store credit. We are very sorry that all orders are final and any refunds will be through store credit only due to transaction fees.
I changed my mind about the purchase
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and all notifications made before our cut-off timing will be refunded through store credit.
We are very sorry that after our cut-off timing, all orders are final, as all our orders are roasted and packed to order and any changes will slow down production for everyone.
Please ensure that when selecting unroasted green beans that it is for your own personal roasting use, as we will not be able to receive the beans back to roast them once we have sent them out for food and safety reasons.
There is something not right with my order
We apologise for the oversight and please send us an email at hello@cowpressocoffee.sg for us to make it right. Please do not discard the defective/incorrect non-food items as there are to be returned to us for the exchange.
For small equipment purchases where defects are substantiated with video evidence within 7 days of receipt, we will arrange to exchange and replace the item. This does not include coffee machines and coffee grinders which need to be brought back to the shop for evaluation. If you are returning an item for store credit, and that was originally sent out under free delivery and/or part of a package purchase, we will deduct shipping and collection fees, packaging fees, non-refundable processing fees, and any other items within that package at full retail value.

How do I log into my User Account and check ongoing Subscriptions and my details?

How do I change my shipping method for my subscription?
Your Subscription plan will follow the shipping method you chosen when you first placed the order. E.g. If you chose Free Shipping as the shipping method for the subscription order at checkout, the rest of your coffee will be shipped via free shipping method. Likewise for Premium Delivery. If you wish to change your subscription shipping method, feel free to cancel and replace your subscription order or drop us an email!
How do I change my details and pause/stop/cancel my Subscription order?
Click the "Manage Subscription" button on the top left of the page. (Found on your User Account Page after you have logged in)

Can I choose a different parcel weekly for my Subscription?
Of course! Create an account and subscribe to any of our coffee. You will be able to choose how often you would like us to deliver, change your coffee for your next order & stop subscription anytime with no obligations!

Can I change my subscription to be charged at a different number of dates other than the given options of 7/14/21/28/35 days?
Yes you can! Please drop us an email at hello@cowpressocoffee.sg of your desired number of days to be recharged at for your subscription!
Help! I can't see the "Skip my order" button
When you click "Skip this order" on your subscription page, a "Skip this order" black button should pop up on the top right of your screen.
If you do not see the Skip your order button, please try using your phone or a bigger laptop to "Skip your order". Our tech team is currently figuring out how we can solve this bug as we noticed 11 inch (Smaller laptops) run into this issue. Thanks for your understanding :).
What happens if the coffee I have on subscription becomes out of stock?
Rest assured! Our system will receive the error and then change your coffee to the most similar coffee that has a similar price point and tasting note!
I want to cancel an order that has already been placed
All notifications before our next cut-off timing will be refunded through store credit. We are very sorry that we are unable to make any changes after the cut-off timing for your order.

Can I sign up for an account even after making an order using a guest account?
Yes! Please drop us an email at hello@cowpressocoffee.sg with your order number, name, delivery and email address. We will assist you as soon as possible!
How do I log into my account and check my ongoing Subscriptions
Step 1: Press the Human Icon as circled below on the top right corner of our home page.
Step 2: Log in using your email address and password. If you have forgotten the email you have used, please check your emails for any confirmation orders from us, that would be the email used.
If you email us for the lost account, we will need to have proof of your previous purchases, either a name, address or email.
If you have forgotten your password, you can get a new password by clicking: Forgot your password?
Step 3: Press the Icon circled below after signing in to enter your account page. Here, you can check your order history, current ongoing subscriptions (Where you can pause/stop/cancel/change coffee and frequency anytime) and address details.
Once in my account, how do I check or change details and pause/stop/cancel my Subscription?
