We choose to provide the most value for our lovely customers and coffee drinkers like yourself. Hence, we are happy to absorb some shipping cost such as FREE Singapore Shipping, $2.90 90% Next Working Day (After Ship date) delivery and reduced worldwide shipping.

As we have many different types of items available which may not be suitable for 3PL to handle (donuts/wine/liquid/fragile/expensive/instructions required), we seek you understanding that for all product listings which indicate self-collection - they are strictly by self collection basis only!

When are my orders shipped?

When do you ship?	We ship out our orders Monday to Friday, barring any changes due to public holidays. If you did not receive an order fulfillment email - your beans will be roasted on our next roast! :) *Roast & Shipping Date updated here.*

What are my shipping options?

Orders over SGD50 comes with complimentary doorstep delivery with tracking (90% delivered Next Working Day 10am-10pm)

How long does it take?

3-5+ working days to arrive in your mailbox (From Roast and Shipping Date not Order Date).

Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays.

How do I track my order?

If you need a tracking number, you may choose tracking options through Shopee or Lazada. If ordering through our website, choose the $2.90 delivery option or Smartpac, part of which is absorbed by us. Free SINGPOST shipping is un-trackable.

We happily absorb shipping costs for our free shipping to make it more affordable, but because there is no tracking number, we are unable to track or locate your parcel in the event of wrong/incomplete addressees, delays and lost orders. In the rare case that this does happen, Cowpresso Singapore is not liable for any wrong/incomplete addresses, delays and lost orders if you choose Free Shipping.

Please check with your post office if your parcel is there as sometimes the postman does not leave a collection slip. If this happens, let your local post office know so they can investigate. If you find parcels lying around outside the mailbox or delivered to the wrong addresses, alert your local neighbourhood post office staff as well so that they can follow-up and investigate.

2) 90% Next Working Day Doorstep Delivery after Roast and Shipping date to your doorstep with tracking number

How do I track my parcel?	You will receive an email notification from Shippit when parcel is out for delivery, which will include a button to track your parcel.
When do I get my tracking number?	Your tracking number is sent when your parcel is out for delivery with Aramex or Speedpost
When will I receive my order?	90% of deliveries are delivered the next working day. As you know, we subsidize this shipping method cost, so bear with us and kudos to our deliverymen front-liners!
How much do I pay?	This $2.90 shipping method delivers to your doorstep. Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays. This shipping method is recommended if you prefer a tracking number and whose orders are too big to be sent to your mailbox, guaranteed delivery to your doorstep up to 2 times. All orders with the final price above 50SGD (not including surprise plans) qualifies for FREE Doorstep Shipping :) If you need it urgently, please choose the Lalamove or Grab delivery option. We really have tried our best but we can't subsidise delivery when it costs more than your coffee.
Do I need someone at home?	Do ensure someone is home from 10am-10pm. No parcels can be collected from the warehouse on Public holidays and the weekend. If a delivery is missed on Friday, the next attempt will be on Saturday morning, or the next working day.
Can I request to leave parcel at doorstep?	If no one will be home and you wish to leave at doorstep, please include it in your notes. When your parcel is en-route, you will receive an email.
I wasn't home to receive the parcel	The Aramex delivery service entitles you to 2 free delivery attempts. If nobody is in to receive delivery, they will call to reschedule another delivery. After 2 failed attempts, your order will be returned to us and you would have to make an additional $4 payment for a re-delivery. The Singpost Speedpost delivery service will drop off your parcel at the nearest Popstation for you to collect if no one is home to receive the parcel.
My address was wrong	The courier will rearrange delivery within 3 working days
Surcharges & Extended delivery timings	*SENTOSA & TUAS LOCATIONS These locations incur delivery surcharges and all addresses in these locations may experience slight delays in shipping. If you need it urgently, please choose courier with Grab or Lalamove. We apologise that delivery costs to these locations are much more expensive than other areas and we can't subsidize shipping when it costs more than your coffee.

3) Courier with Grab and Lalamove (Or other Third party delivery service)

This $25 Shipping Method is for all orders. Please note for small roasted coffee beans orders, orders will only be shipped out after Roast date. This shipping method is more suitable if you are in a rush for equipment, green coffee beans or big roasted coffee bean orders. Please drop us an email for more accurate information, as the price changes with weight and availability of delivery agents.

When should I contact Cowpresso Coffee when I have not received my order? (Premium & Personal Delivery Only)

If you have not received your order for doorstep shipping, please contact us after 2 working days from receivingyour Shipping Fulfillment Email, not your order confirmation email, so we can expedite this with our delivery partner. If you have chosen the free shipping method, please note that we cannot track your parcel once shipped as there is no tracking number and we are not liable for any delays or lost orders.

For better planning, please note the shipping time is the number of days after Roast Date (Not from order date). Do note due to the current COVID19 and lack of manpower by all delivery services across Singapore and around the world, do expect an extension of 1-3 working days to the current table listed.

International shipping

For International customers. Please note that you are liable and subject to your own country's custom taxes and guidelines. Do drop us an email if you want an accurate quote as Checkout shipping quote for International orders might not always be 100% accurate as rates are increasing every month with emergency surcharges and airline fuel surcharges.

Note all International orders are shipped professionally by courier. Aramex, DHL, Fedex with insurance coverage. The customer or consignee, is responsible for documenting any loss or damages that might result from the carriage and delivery of freight. If the receiver fails to document the loss or damages during collection and signs off the package (to the respective delivery company) as well received in good condition, then the loss cannot be resolved by means of a freight claim and the consignee shall bear the full loss of any damages. We will do all within our power to ensure complete and safe documentation of your shipping.
