Shipping terms

FREE Singapore Shipping and Low International Shipping Costs.

We choose to deal with partnerships with our delivery partners and prefer not to hide any additional charges. Hence, this gives us the opportunity to offer FREE Singapore Shipping and reduced worldwide shipping. 

All Singapore orders are processed within 1-3 days. International orders are processed within 3 days and comes complete with a tracking number so you can stay up to date on your order once it is dispatched. Tracking may not be available to all countries.

If you have not received your order, feel free to contact us only after 7 working days of your Roast & Shipping date. This is to allow sufficient time for our delivery partners to deliver. Please note that all orders placed in the week (Equipment, Roasted Coffees & Green Coffee beans) are shipped out on the Roast & Shipping Date as mentioned here. This is usually the Saturday of the week; or otherwise mentioned dates.  

The shipping time does not include Processing & Roasting(Currently every Saturday) time that can take up to 3 days.

For International customers. Please note that you are liable and subject to your own country's custom taxes and guidelines. Do drop us an email if you want an accurate quote as Checkout shipping quote for International orders might not always be 100% accurate. Note all International orders are shipped professionally by DHL,TNT or Fedex. The customer or consignee, is responsible for documenting any loss or damages that might result from the carriage and delivery of freight. If the receiver fails to document the loss or damages during collection and signs off the package (to the respective delivery company) as well received in good condition, then the loss cannot be resolved by means of a freight claim and the consignee shall bear the full loss of any damages. We will do all within our power to ensure complete and safe documentation of your shipping.
