We choose to provide the most value for our lovely customers and coffee drinkers like yourself. Hence, we are happy to absorb some shipping cost.
Here are the choices for your delivery:

- $3.80 Speedpost Shipping
- Complimentary delivery for coffee orders over SGD50
- Reduced worldwide shipping.
As we have many different types of items available which may not be suitable for 3PL to handle:
- machines
- wine
- liquid
- fragile
- expensive
- cups
- instructions required
we seek you understanding that for all product listings which indicate self-collection - they are strictly by self collection basis only after you have been notified that the item is ready for collection.
When are my orders shipped?

Please check your parcel if the address is correct. We often receive wrong addresses so always check your address.

We ship out our orders Monday to Friday (Orders made before 9am), barring any changes due to public holidays. Roast & Shipping Date updated here. |

picked up by Speedpost on Monday to Friday to be sorted and delivered next working day/Sat morning onwards. 90% of them are delivered the next working day but we cannot guarantee their delivery. Please call 1605 and use the tracking number starting with "XZDSHPxxxxxxx" to track your parcel if you have not received it |
International orders | comes complete with a tracking number so you can stay up to date on your order once it is dispatched. |
When should I contact Cowpresso Coffee when I have not received my order? (Premium & Personal Delivery Only)

International shipping
Note all International orders are shipped professionally by courier. Aramex, DHL, Fedex with insurance coverage. The customer or consignee, is responsible for documenting any loss or damages that might result from the carriage and delivery of freight. If the receiver fails to document the loss or damages during collection and signs off the package (to the respective delivery company) as well received in good condition, then the loss cannot be resolved by means of a freight claim and the consignee shall bear the full loss of any damages. We will do all within our power to ensure complete and safe documentation of your shipping.
