We choose to provide the most value for our lovely customers and coffee drinkers like yourself. Hence, we are happy to absorb some shipping cost such as FREE Singapore Shipping, $2.90 Next Day (After Roast date) delivery and reduced worldwide shipping.
When are my orders shipped?
Please note that we ship twice a week.
All orders (Equipment, Roasted Coffees & Green Coffee beans) that meet the cut-off timing is shipped out on the Roast & Shipping Date updated here.
This is usually on Monday and Thursday of the week; or otherwise mentioned dates. International orders comes complete with a tracking number so you can stay up to date on your order once it is dispatched.
What are my shipping options?
1) Free Singpost Shipping (Singapore Post, Normal mail to your mailbox with no tracking)
This shipping method is for customers
- who do not need a tracking number
- do not want their parcel urgently and
- do not mind a long delivery (read below)
This FREE shipping method takes 3-5 working days (10 days extension in delivery timing due to COVID19) to arrive in your mailbox (From Roast and Shipping Date not Order Date). Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays.
If you need a tracking number, please consider the $2.90 premium delivery option, where we subsidise part of the costs. Free SINGPOST shipping is un-trackable.
We happily absorb shipping costs for our free shipping to make it more affordable, but because there is no tracking number, we are unable to track or locate your parcel in the event of wrong/incomplete addressees, delays and lost orders. In the rare case that this does happen, Cowpresso Singapore is not liable for any wrong/incomplete addresses, delays and lost orders if you choose Free Shipping.
Please check with your post office if your parcel is there as sometimes the postman does not leave a collection slip. If this happens, let your local post office know so they can investigate.
If you find parcels lying around outside the mailbox, alert your local neighbourhood post office staff as well so that they can followup and investigate.
2) Premium Shipping (Pickupp, Next Day Delivery after Roast and Shipping date to your doorstep with tracking)
Click here to track your parcel If there are any issues, please reach out to our delivery partner with your order number. If your tracking number does not work, please wait until the day after ship date before contacting us. This is to give ample time for the system to track your number. We send you your tracking number after our delivery partner has collected the item and given them time to check the item in.
This shipping method is recommended for all orders. 90% of deliveries are delivered the next working day. The remaining 10% are delivered the following day. As you know, we partially subsidize this premium shipping method cost, so bear with us and kudos to our deliverymen front-liners!
This $2.90 shipping method takes the next working day to deliver to your doorstep. Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays. With this shipping method, you get to track your parcel in real-time. This shipping method is for those who want their orders fast, guaranteed delivery to your doorstep up to 2 times and ability to track your order.
Do ensure someone is home from 9am-10pm. When your parcel is en route, the delivery man will sms you beforehand if you provided a (+65) contact number. This delivery service entitles you to 2 free delivery attempts. If nobody is in to receive delivery, you will be contacted via the delivery man to reschedule another delivery. If there is no answer from the customer, the deliveryman will attempt another delivery the next day. After 2 failed attempts, your order will be returned to us and you would have to make an additional $3.80 payment for a re-delivery.
No deliveries will be made on Public holidays and Sundays. If a delivery is missed on Friday, the next attempt will be on Saturday, or the next working day.
Note: All orders with the final price above $50 (not including surprise plans) Singapore Dollars (Prices on our website is in SGD) qualifies for FREE Premium Shipping :)
3) Personal Doorstep Delivery (Third party delivery service or delivery by one of our team members, depending on schedule)
This $30 Shipping Method is for all orders. Please note for small roasted coffee beans orders, orders will only be shipped out after Roast date. This shipping method is more suitable if you are in a rush for equipment, green coffee beans or big roasted coffee bean orders. Please drop us an email for more accurate information.
When should I contact Cowpresso Coffee when I have not received my order? (Premium & Personal Delivery Only)
If you have not received your order for premium and personal delivery shipping, please contact us after 2 working days from your Roast/Shipping Date, not order date, so we can expedite this with our delivery partner. If you have chosen the free shipping method, please note that we cannot track your parcel once shipped as there is no tracking number and we are not liable for any delays or lost orders.
For better planning, please note the shipping time is the number of days after Roast Date (Not from order date). Do note due to the current COVID19 and lack of manpower by all delivery services across Singapore and around the world, do expect an extension of 1-3 working days to the current table listed.

3-7 Working Days via Aramex/DHL/FedEx/TNT/Citylink Express Courier
Note all International orders are shipped professionally by courier. Aramex, DHL,TNT, Fedex Citylink Express with insurance coverage. The customer or consignee, is responsible for documenting any loss or damages that might result from the carriage and delivery of freight. If the receiver fails to document the loss or damages during collection and signs off the package (to the respective delivery company) as well received in good condition, then the loss cannot be resolved by means of a freight claim and the consignee shall bear the full loss of any damages. We will do all within our power to ensure complete and safe documentation of your shipping.
