I cold-brew the blue mountain coffee and it turns out delicious. It is very smooth and has a very pleasant, almost chocolatey after taste. Love it!

This is the only time I purchased the beans without the roast date written on packaging. When I open the package the smell of the beans were a little off; it doesn't smells like aromatic nor like what I always purchased thus I noticed the lack of roast date. I contacted the seller and they offered some advises and solution. I followed their instructions and left the beans for a few days. The taste was ok, so I let the matter rest and did not proceed with any remediation. I still like this bean than other beans, so I will continue to purchase them.
