We recommend to send your coffee grinder and espresso machine for our service bundles once yearly. This diagnosis fee is for a full rundown integrity check of the interior and exterior of your machine. We will then professionally advise you the worn-out parts to be replaced (If there are any) and recommend the right servicing to be done. Good check to ensure often replaceable parts such as the Group gasket, shower screen, shower filter, cams and screws, vibratory pump, pressure relief valve, pressurestat regulator, power heat relay are in good condition.
The full service and diagnosis to your espresso machine or coffee grinder usually take 4 to 12 hard working hours from our coffee technicians. Behind your lovely servicing team is technical work of such,
1) Receiving machine in proper condition
2) Inspection of exterior condition and unpacking (Damage, dents or scratches)
3) Recording of all parts present and received(Photograph proof of receival)
4) Diagnosis of machine on workbench( Turning on of machine, opening outer case of machine, checking for damages, inspecting what parts need to be replaced, noting down model number and stock parts information, determining whether stock on parts are available, liaising with stock parts manufacturer companies whether required parts are available, liaising back with client with an accurate quote and Estimated Time of Arrival if special stock has to be ordered, confirming repair procedure with coffee technician with the relevant blow-out technical diagrams of the respective machine, proceeding with repair, examining whether machine is 100% repaired and good working condition, reassembling the machine, liaising with client on the delivery date and follow up diagnosis (With photos and videos possibly), liaising with payment proforma invoice details, repackaging repaired machine and liaising with deliveryman/collection with client.
If you are able to acquire your own machine parts, we are able to service any brand of espresso machine & coffee grinders, be it automatic, semi-automatic and manual lever machines, but apologise that we are no longer able to help you acquire parts that we ourselves do not have access to as distributors as they often come with no warranty for us and we often have to spend more time sourcing than repairing.
We are definitely more competent and experienced at servicing espresso machines and grinders we distribute such as Lelit, San Remo, DF64 and MACAP machines and will do so for machines purchased from us only. We apologise that we do not sell loose parts for machines not purchased from us, please contact your original seller who is responsible for your machine.
We like to encourage a NO Obligations approach with our lovely clients and we like to advise favorable solutions for your espresso machine (E.g. If we find your vibratory pump is suitable to last a year longer, we would recommend holding off the servicing and replacement till then). Note this servicing fee is the base fee and the repair fee will be quoted accordingly and approved/disapproved by our lovely client before proceeding.
