Machine repairs could take up to 1+ weeks to complete depending on the length of the queue of machines in front of yours and the complexity of the repair, availability of spare parts (Procuring spare parts could take more time) etc.

After servicing & adjusting the water level probe, the Lelit was working amazingly well. Now it's my pouring skill that needs work.

As owners of the coffee machines, we have to do the usual maintenance - descaling, changing filter and lubricating the brew lever when it becomes squicky. But there will be times when our machines need more in-depth attention. Good that Cowpresso can provide a good and reliable servicing, just need to make an appointment online and drop the machine off at Pandan Loop. My Bianca is back in action within a week...as good as new.
