Tasting Experience
As a pour-over, cedar notes are exemplified, giving special nuances of soft tobacco. The light woody smokiness of the Indonesian Aged Mandheling boasts itself prominently with spice battered toasted bread flavour notes overlaying the bold flavour notes.
As an Espresso, the creaminess of the cup is the real star. Toasty aromas of cedar and tobacco, reminisce about a good old campfire with your best buds around. A unique fermentation scent can be identified as nuanced black tea.
