Makes two 236ml cups
1) Pour 250ml of fresh cold milk into a jug, and then add 2 tablespoons (40g) of MOFO DELUXE 2) Steam the mixture to 68°C. This blends the cocoa and thickens it up. 3) Garnish with cocoa powder or chocolate flakes
!! Please do not premix the cocoa with water into a paste for the best testing cocoa !!
2. For non-Espresso machine users
