As an Espresso, my my. Just like a fully Organic Nut Butter. Bring on the nut fest! Strong hazelnut notes paired along with a chocolatey smothered candied fruit aroma? What can make your body rock more? This is perfect for the nutty and citrusy coffee drinkers out there.

Roasted these green coffee beans in our little roaster and had a cuppa just after roasting and then grinding it with a hand grinder. First sip when it was still warm tasted a little chocolate and smooth, no hint of sour or bitter, just subtle and slightly sweet. Next sip was when it had cooled right down and it just got nicer and sweeter, with more mixed notes of flavour. Again, I like the fact that my sensitive stomach didn't act up or protest any acidity, just a nice clean taste of coffee with subtle fruity notes, like how good wine has different notes with each sip.
