This is a very good blend indeed. I was hesitant only because the website wasn’t as descriptive as it usually is with the other beans so I wasn’t sure if it would be good for espressos. Well, the verdict is it’s perfect for it. It requires a less than usual fine grind size and lighter temping. The 30g is creamy on the head and clear tiger tail texture. Taste is bitter but a good one that lingers, the fruit flavours disappearing right after. Is there robusta in the blend. I suspect so but I have no issues with that. I think a good espresso blend needs that for a body that arabica alone doesn’t give. Well done Cowpresso! Let’s hope you continue to play, the same old same old gets boring after a while.
