Beautiful crema, strong and a touch of bitterness.

Love it, but will try other beans the next purchase.

Kept well informed about order progress up to actual delivery. Well sorted intact and clean green beans. Photo shows green beans, pan roasted, and pan roasted after rehydrating and rhizopus fermentation (small and much darker despite light roast)

Loving it for mokapot brews and milk based drinks!

Consistent beans. Some quakers but no big deal.
Matthew Y.
Took the beans pretty dark, a tiny bit before second crack. Really enjoying the nutty, buttery chocolate notes!

Roasted a little past medium, loved it for mixed drinks

Roasts really well, after resting for a couple of days, the resulting brew is rich tasting and satisfying. Good quality Brazilian green coffee beans!

There is hint of chocolate scent after roasting and it became stronger as each day passes. Tried the coffee 3 days after roasting and the favour is starting to develop.
Devesh V.
Good flavours but should have roasted a little more to get more of the roasted flavours out when mixed with yirgacheffe

Fast shipping - ordered the beans online Saturday morning and got the beans Tuesday night.
It was my first time purchasing and roasting green coffee beans (Brazil, Santos) but it turned out really great. I aimed at medium to dark roast and made coffee with hand drip. The coffee tastes delicious too! Loved the experience and definitely continue to try different beans from Cowpresso :)
Hui San C.
Smooth floral and chocolate tasting notes. Did a medium roast for this.

Espresso. Extraction was a bit long, almost 45s, with 15g beans yielding just under 28g of espresso, again short of my target of 1:2 ratio, so I get a sort of ristretto. Good molted crema. Bold flavours from this Brazil Santos from Mundo Novo, grown at an elevation of 500-1500m. Natural processes. Roasted to dark roast on 26 May.

Good bean at a low price!

Roasts well, good, smokey and bold flavours. Clean mouth feel and low acidity on espresso.
Percentage of quakers and floaters are a bit high for my taste (6-7%), but I guess that's common for Brazilian beans.
It'd be great if you guys could include like a 100g sample of other beans per 1kg order so we can try new stuff before committing to a full kg too. Just a suggestion.
