I was sceptical over the potential noise and mess, coming from a relatively easy and simple machine. The DF64 did not disappoint. It's fast, does the job, "relatively" quiet and you just need to clean up that little bit more for the coffee dust. Very nice espressos so far. Thanks for the great intro and explanations at the store!

It's really a must have on a working environment to have a freshly brewed coffee and glad we made the smart choice of having Dr Coffee machine!
The machine itself is low maintenance compared to other coffee machines, easy to navigate screen and user friendly for everyone.
The coffee bean itself is high quality, rich, aromatic paired with the whole milk is wonderful.
Lastly, the customer service is topnotch! They are very accommodating and has explained the manual and the operation well.

Brought the espresso machine and grinder from Cowpresso! Overall experience with Cowpresso is very good so far, received a demo session at their cafe, and opt in for the 1 hour teaching session during delivery, both are very good and informative!
On a side note, like their beans also, the Nanyang Kopi and Golden Cup!

We love Cowpresso! Our first visit, Audrey patiently explained the intricacies of the burr grinders and beautiful Lelit espresso machines. We purchased a grinder and the Bianca and have loved it so much, we are now spoiled! In fact we like it so much, we came back to research with the team some more. We decided to purchase a smaller version for a different location! Lynn was very warm and kind to help us research the Mara X! I even came back a third time to take a measurement and the team was happy to help! Plus, we are big fans of their organic decaf and the golden cup roasted coffee.
