I ordered the machine online after some great support via WhatsApp chat while they swiftly answered my questions during a Saturday. I placed the order on the Sunday and I received delivery the day after at 18:00.
Took out the machine and after 5minutes, I tasted my first cuppa with some nice beans they gave as a gift.
What a great machine and service. I have owned 2 x Jura, 1 x Melitta, 1 x Phillips, 1 x Delonghi and 1 x SMEG.
The Jura at a higher price range but all others similar price as this Crema. Even though I have not owned it more than a few hours, my first impression is that this one is definitely a quality build and feature wise, way more sophisticated than other machines I have owned. It comes with a milk compartment where you may choose to have it kept chilled.
