100% Barista Matcha from the freshest crop available - we ship our stock in smaller batches in order to keep the quality fresh for our own usage too.
The barista Matcha is strong and grassy, so add some honey or syrup for sweetness. If you prefer lighter grassy drink, add less than 3g of matcha powder or try our ceremonial grade matcha instead for more balance.
The Matcha is not mixed or watered down, so you will need to modify your recipe to add sugar syrup into your drinks.
