Interesting bean. At the de-gas stage, I brewed the beans and it does have that mint chocolate taste(milk based)..

Personally really like the 23/12/21 batch of this Holiday Blend. The ratio, roast profile, acidity etc are all excellent. Imo the best out of the 3 batches received so far this season.
