1. Espresso Machine Instructions for the best cocoa drink:
Makes two 236ml cups
1) Pour 250ml of fresh cold milk into a jug, and then add 2 tablespoons (40g) of MOFO DELUXE 2) Steam the mixture to 68°C. This blends the cocoa and thickens it up. 3) Garnish with cocoa powder or chocolate flakes
!! Recommended not to premix the cocoa with water into a paste for the creamiest cocoa !!
2. For non-Espresso machine users
1) Pour 250ml fresh cold milk into stove pot or gooseneckkettle 2) Mix 2 tablespoons (40g) of MOFO DELUXE to milk 3) Stir mixture to prevent the bottom from burning until you reach 68°C 4) Use a portable milk frother to froth cocoa mixture OR use a french press to pump the milk till you get your desired silky texture
