Can I order my coffee in other grind sizes not stated under grind options? (E.g. Espresso grind)
Yes! First, you must select "Other grind size" as the grind option of your chosen coffee, add to cart and write your desired grind size under the notes section at cart page! If you just write your desired grind size in the notes section without choosing "Other grind size" in your order, you will get whole coffee beans.
Can I change my shipping method for my subscription orders?
Yes! Feel free to adjust your shipping method in your customer portal account. You can log into your account by clicking on the human icon located on the top right hand corner of our home page on our website.
International Shipping costs can be listed at the Checkout cart page, however for big orders like the espresso machine and grinder, do drop us an email, we are sure we can figure out a good deal for yourself!
Can discount codes be used on Subscription products?
Unfortunately, as of the moment, Recharge our app developer does not allow this function, so if you wish to claim any discount/promo codes, please use them on one-time purchase products!
Where do I key in my discount/promo code?
You can key in your Discount/Promo code at checkout page (Not Cart Page)! It will be on the last page after you have keyed in your shipping details.

Step 2: Log in using your email address and password. If you have forgotten the email you have used, please check your emails for any confirmation orders from us, that would be the email used. If you email us for the lost account, we will need to have proof of your previous purchases, either a name, address or email.
